The Path to Transformation

I remember when I wanted to create a NEW Life, I didn’t know where to start. I remember feeling more confused, more alone and more overwhelmed (I was already feeling like that before wanting to change my life).


It has taken me more than 5 years to be able to put “where to start”, into a 6-Step-Path-to-Transformation. This is what I teach in my workshops. We go into the deep understanding of why these steps work and how to apply them so you can create and experience REAL Magic in your life.


The Path to Transformation consists in the following 6 practices:

  1. Intention

  2. Awareness

  3. Attention

  4. Silence

  5. Imagination

  6. Heart



Intention–

You must have the desire to change your life. If you do not have it in you to simply want things to be better, to have a better, more peaceful, abundant, healthy, purposefully-driven, joyful life, your transformation will not happen. I understand this step sounds simple, but it isn’t. You might be surprised as to how many people say they want “to change” but when the time comes to take the course, read the book, think new thoughts, etc., they choose to stay with their already known behaviour and patterns; in other words they don’t have the intention to change, even though they think they do…


Awareness–

Awareness is really where the journey begins. You must become conscious of your unconscious behaviour. You have created habits of thinking, feeling and being a certain way. And because they are habits, you don’t even notice them anymore. You must start becoming aware of the type of thoughts and feelings you have most of the day. You are going to be surprised at what you find.

Attention–

Your Attention is your superpower. It is your Life Force focused in one point of time and space. Whatever you give your attention to, it will expand and you will create more of the same. My question to you is: What are you giving your attention to most of the time? Do you place your attention on the things that make you feel good… or bad…?


Silence–

You must create a space where you disconnect from the outer world. A place where you can retrieve and remember: Who you really are, What you want, and understand Why you are here (in this world). This is the Silence I am talking about. Before you can create anything, you must hang out with Silence. Some people seem afraid of it as this is what we also know as the Unknown. But it is inside the Unknown where your miracles, your New Life, exists; otherwise you would already have it...


Imagination–

Your Imagination is the only tool you have to MAP your new life. In order to live a New Life you must have the thoughts you never had. And your imagination is the only tool you have to allow new thinking into your life. For me, your Wonderful Human Imagination is the Universe / God in you.


Heart–

When I speak about the heart, I am not referring to the organ. I am referring to your ability to feel. This is the most crucial step of them all. Your emotions are energy-in-motion, and they are the ones that send the magnetic field into the Universe to attract into your life what you experience. You are already using this tool, but because you might feel stress, anxious, angry, etc most of the time, you attract more of those kinds of thoughts and feelings.


These are the 6-Steps I teach in my workshops. Each one of them has an ocean of information and understanding that I have found the way to simplify in 5 Sessions, so you can truly experience a transformation from the inside out. This has been my life’s work and I know it works, as I went through the process… twice!


It is my hope that inside of you, you can listen to that voice that knows that you are meant to live your best possible life, a life full of love, happiness, peace and joy… believe or not, it is your BIRTHRIGHT!
