The Miracle Routine

Some people have asked me to reveal my “magic tricks”; in other words the things I do in one day to create what I call Magic in My Life – Miracles.


My Miracle Routine–

Every morning I wake up at 6:15am (I used to wake up at 4:45am for 1.5 years before I started to work from home in order to do the things I am about to share with you), before getting out of bed, even before hitting the washroom I do 4 things:

  1. I say “thank you” to my bed for the incredible night rest (we did just spend the last 7.5 hours together… everyday).

  2. I take 3 giant deep breaths, focusing all my awareness in feeling alive

  3. I say the following words over and over again for about 5 min “today is the best day of my life” (I say this with a sense of gratitude and excitement)

  4. I imagine myself being surprised with a miracle here and there throughout the day (one of them is all the people I am able to help with my content, books, courses and coaching).

After going to the washroom I head downstairs for a big glass of cold water, this helps my brain to wake up and feel fresh. I then sit down in my living room to meditate / imagine / pray (a combination of the 3) for about 1-1.5 hrs. I will write another post sharing what I do in that 1-1.5hrs (sometimes 2 hrs.) that I close my eyes).


I hope you noticed that I don’t check my phone.


I then hit the shower. While I shower, I do NOT think about meetings, or schedules; I continue to imagine best possible scenarios and unlimited potentials. Yes, sometimes my mind wanders and I have to bring it back to focus it on WHAT MATTERS.


After I shower and dress up, now I allow myself to look at my phone simply to understand the meetings I have ahead of me. Please note that I didn’t check my inbox nor facebook or IG notifications.


I have breakfast and then start my working day. Before starting my working day I set my mind by telling myself that I am here to help others with what they need (this shows up in my life in many ways: coaching clients, reaching out to new clients, taking care of my current clients, creating content to help others, creating ads or visual graphics (advertising), and creative thinking and problem solving (marketing agencies).


It is very important to me to have the mindset that I am here to serve. This way I have the power, not “work”. I am the one in control, not “work”.


Here is where it gets interesting… Throughout the working hours I try to constantly catch myself in my unconscious states. I try to catch myself seeing if I am feeling stressed, anxious or frustrated at things that “are happening at work”. I am getting good at this game!


The reason this is so important is because as soon as I notice I am not in alignment with the feelings of Love, Happiness, Peace & Joy, I simply recalibrate. I take a couple of minutes to come back to the present moment, to connect with the energy and life I want to live (Abundance & Peace). And I then go back to doing what I was doing, with a sense of Purpose and Peace.


This last part is one of the most important things anyone can ever do. The way you feel most of the time will become a habit. So if you are feeling stressed, anxious and trapped is because:

  1. You have created the habit of feeling that way,

  2. You are perpetuation that habit unless you change it, and

  3. YOU WILL ATTRACT INTO YOUR LIFE MORE SCENARIOS AND CIRCUMSTANCES THAT WILL ALIGN TO THE WAY YOU FEEL! This is how your reality is created – through your feelings, your vibrations.


You must become a vigilante of the way you feel, because that is what you are attracting more of.


After working hours, I take time, 45-60min to exercise, stretch or learn something new. I have dinner with my lovely wife. We watch only 1 episode of a show, most of the time is a show that either makes us laugh, or lately we have been using our time to watch shows to learn about the Mind-Body-Spirit Connection.


After dinner I try my best to be in bed by 9:45pm where I spend the last 45min of my day, reading books that can help me achieve my best possible life by being my best possible self.


Right before I fall asleep,I spend the last 15min while falling asleep meditating myself into sleep. I feel gratitude for what happened, and for what’s going to happen (the things I am manifesting) and I try to fall asleep in what I call “Living in the End”: I fall asleep already being that which I desire to be (be/do/have). I do this by using my imagination. Some days it is easy to imagine, some others it is not, but this is what I have been doing for the last 2 years specially in the Monday to Friday “Routine”. And this is NOT what I used to do before.


This Routine has changed my life, it has created Miracles in my life that I wouldn’t have ever imagined, like writing a book, healing my body and living an abundant and prosperous life.



Why Am I Sharing this?

I share this so you know it is possible to change your thought patterns and habits and create the ones that can lead you to your OWN MIRACLE ROUTINE.


I want to share that this was not me 3 years ago. 3 years ago I used to wake up 2 min before work started; I used to snooze my alarm 10 times. I used to shower and think about work, I used to commute and think about work, I used to be at work thinking about more work, I used to try and exercise thinking about work, I used to have dinner thinking about work. I used to go to bed thinking about work… Sounds familiar?


I didn’t use to read at all, I didn’t use to meditate / imagine / pray. I didn’t use to like the idea of changing any of my unhealthy patterns. I used to watch 2 hours of netflix before bed. I used to look at my inbox every morning because I thought it was the responsible thing to do (now I realize that the inbox is always going to be full, and that if I DO NOT start my day how I want it, someone else is going to dictate how I should start my day). I didn't prioritize my well-being. I lived a life as if I was a ZOMBIE, I wasn’t fully dead, but also I wasn’t fully alive...


I am asking you to revisit the way you think your life should be lived and start making little changes to live your days how YOU want them to be. Create your Miracle Routine, share it with me, and let’s create more MAGIC together!


NOTE: it is totally perfect if your Miracle Routine changes and evolves, it is meant to. You can always make adjustments and try new things and schedules; FIND what works for you. But be honest with you and realize the behaviours and patterns that DON’T serve you, so you can implement those which do.
